Check this out! Student reel for Animation Workshop 1 “Basic Foundation” by Rajson Shakya. He did really well during his classes and assignments for the fact that he started from scratch with zero working skills in animation packages. Mr. Charlie WIP
Hello Folks,
I am pleased to present our latest character Mr. Charlie (well at-least the head for now) at Puppeteer Lounge who will be featuring in our rigging and animation workshops. He is being modeled and textured by Florence Lapalu from France. Feel free to check out some of her beautiful works from her website.
Charlie is currently being featured in the Cartoony Facial Setup Workshop and will be soon feature in Rigging Workshop 2 and Animation Workshop 4 “Acting” .
Character Workshop ~ Puppeteer Lounge
Great News!
I am pleased to announce that Puppeteer Lounge has a brand new “Character Workshop”. This new workshop is all about character development from concept to
final look. In this workshop, we will learn to model a hero character,
assign textures and shaders, light and render to create a stunning
portfolio.
The instructor for Character Workshop is our newest member, Mr. Manish Gurung.
Manish Gurung ~ Puppeteer Lounge
Puppeteer Lounge has a new family member! Would like to welcome our animator, Mr. Manish Gurung. He is a diligent artist with a diploma in character animation and film making from Vancouver Film School, Canada. He has been working in the animation industry for several years on a variety of projects.
Manish and I have known each other for many years by now and beside being a great friend and he is also a strong team member 🙂

Puppeteer Lounge Studio Launch
Puppeteer Lounge finally launched it’s very own animation studio and training center today at our new office home! Congratulation to Co-Founders Sachina Shakya, Manish Shakya and the entire Puppeteer Lounge team. Thank you all to my dearest family, well wishers and all my wonderful students. Great excitement beholds us on this amazing journey towards the world of animation 😀
Puppeteer Lounge is currently running online “remote” as well as localized Character Rigging and Character Animation training courses. Beside teaching we are also busy thinking, visualizing and working upcoming animation projects including shorts and commercials. Wish us “All the Best” 😀
