nCloth Setup ~ Puppeteer Lounge

nCloth Setup has been added to the On Demand Rigging Workshop. The course goes from the fundamentals to how we can layer nCloth dynamics to simulate not just cloth object but also how it can be added to enhance the body and facial deformation. Check out Puppeteer Lounge website for more info!

Also below is a really cool video showing skin tearing simulated using nCloth dynamics by HowardM!

Character Animation Tool – Fabric Engine

Character Animation Tool from Fabric Engine on Vimeo.

Check out the Character Animation Tool by Fabric Engine going over advance dynamic character rigging to simulate proper muscle behavior and collision. Pretty interesting stuff 🙂

Fabric Engine enables developers to overcome the performance constraints of scripted languages like JavaScript and Ruby without needing to resort to compiled languages like C++. It does this by extending these languages so that they can be used to create multi-threaded, compiled code that can be run on the web server or in the browser.

Wire deformer for jaw deformation

Mr. Marco Giordano goes over sharing some tips and tricks on using wire deformer. Wire tools can be a very powerful medium to create a fast and customizable rigs.

Here is another wonderful tutorial on using nurbs curve as an influence object to drive facial expression http://www.creativecrash.com/tutorials/facial-animation-rig-for-delgo 🙂
