Fundamental difference between rigging in Maya & Blender | Inverse Kinematics

In this video I go over some key difference between rigging in Maya & Blender focusing on bone and IK Handle creation. As a long time Maya user to me Blender is very new, has a lot of quirk and looks a bit modern compared to the dated Maya look. Also I have found Blender to be lot stable!
